Photographing Details - #plddetail challenge - Mike Browne

Before photographing details you first have to see them, then light and composition and finally camera settings. You don’t have to be close up or use a macro lens because it depends on the size of the detail. It could be a section of an office block against the sky - or a flower. To make the image interesting it’s a question of balance. What to include, exclude, how they’re lit and how you position and compose them in the frame.

This creative photography challenge theme is 'The Devil’s In The Detail'.
