"Atlanta" is undeniably one of the most fascinating shows on television. The genre-bending show, which chronicles the trials and tribulations of protagonist Earn — played pitch-perfectly by Donald Glover — isn't afraid to tackle big issues related to race, social structures, and poverty, and mental health. All the while, the "comedy" rockets back and forth from darkly humorous satire to hushed drama, even dipping its toes into surrealism and horror from time to time.
