The Dell XPS 13 has been revised for 2018 with the 9370 version but is it REALLY better than the 9360 2017 model? This new notebook may be faster but prepare for a life of dongles. Also, the one redeeming feature of the XPS 13 -the matte display- has been eliminated. But does a faster processor and other upgrades make up for those losses?
